Salon policy
We strive to provide a calming and relaxing environment for all of our guests. We also care about the safety of your little ones & for this reason as well as insurance purposes, children under 10 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations are made 48-24 hours before your upcoming appointment. If you fail to arrive to your appointment without contacting us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service value.
